Marie Ruzek, CIP, C.A.I.B.
Marie is a long time resident of the Crowsnest Pass completed most of her schooling in the area and raising her family Marie has been the owner operator of Crowsnest Insurance for twenty years with over 25 years in insurance.

Marie has since obtained the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation from the Independent Insurance Broker Association of Alberta.    In 2005 she graduated from the Insurance Institute of  Canada with the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.

Marie is quite involved in the needs of the clients, with her experience and knowledge in personal , commercial and farm insurance.  


Joanne Liddell
Joanne has been with Crowsnest Insurance Agencies Ltd since 1997 working as a customer service representative, and now as a licensed broker.  Having worked for Coleman Collieries Ltd, as Receptionist, for 6 years and Secretary for Royal LePage Real Estate for 20 years, she has extensive experience in dealing with the public and office procedures. 

Joanne enjoys dealing with the public and works together with the brokers to meet the clients' insurance needs.


Melissa Harsch
Melissa started with Crowsnest Insurance Agencies in October 2016 when she relocated from Lethbridge to the Crowsnest Pass. She has been in the Insurance industry since June 2015. Melissa is also a licensed Alberta Registry Agent since May of 2011 when she was also appointed a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta.

Melissa completed a one year certificate in Office Administration at Lethbridge College and brings several years of experience in customer service and business management/administration.

Suzanne Burgman
Sue was born and raised in Switzerland and moved to the Crowsnest Pass in 2006. She has been in the insurance industry since January 0f 2010 and with Crowsnest Insurance Agencies since October 2011. Back in Switzerland, she completed a 3 year college course for sales and business management.

Since she started in Insurance, she has successfully completed both mandatory exams for full licensing and obtained her CAIB designation. She also works part time at the Alberta Registry office here, for which she has successfully completed the General Registries Certificate Program. She is an appointed Commissioner of Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta.
